These terms govern your use of the Altora Analytics website and its content (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Altora is

Altora Analytics publishes model-driven statistical analysis of sporting events and financial markets. It is an educational and informational service that shares the output of quantitative models, together with an openly tracked record of those outputs.

Not advice. Nothing on this Site is betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or trade. Model output is a probabilistic estimate, not a prediction of certainty. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.

2. No guarantee of accuracy or outcome

Models can be — and will be — wrong. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Figures, probabilities and records are provided "as is" and may contain errors, delays or omissions.
We make no warranty that the Site, its data, or its availability will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Gambling — 18+

Any betting or gambling is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You must be 18 or over and satisfy the laws of your own jurisdiction. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. Free support is available at BeGambleAware.org and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

4. Trading & markets

Trading content is educational and not investment advice. Trading foreign exchange, indices, commodities and other instruments carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. The trading records shown reflect a demo (simulated) account unless explicitly stated otherwise, and simulated results have inherent limitations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altora Analytics and its operator accept no liability for any loss or damage — including financial loss from betting or trading — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

The content, models, branding and design of the Site are owned by Altora Analytics. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute it commercially without permission.

7. Third-party links & data

The Site may reference third-party data providers and link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
