This policy explains what personal data Altora Analytics ("we", "us") collects, why, and your rights over it. We keep data collection to the minimum and never sell it. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Altora Analytics is a solo-operated UK service publishing model-driven sports and markets analysis. For any privacy question, contact altoraanalytics@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

3. Lawful basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. You give consent by choosing to send us a message.

4. Third parties who process data for us

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email altoraanalytics@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

This Site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies present are strictly those needed by the host to serve the page.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
